this vehicle was brought into our shop in ********** for a noise in drive and reverse - After we checked over the vehicle, we found the backing plates for the brakes were rubbing and the under vehicle trim pieces were loose, we repaired these issues and checked over the vehicle not finding any other issues at that time. We did not do any type of repair to the transmission here in ********** AAMCO , The original transmission work was done at state college AAMCO in ************.

I am rejecting this response because:

    Sincerely,

    **** ******

AAMCO as a company is responsible for the transmission   It does not make a difference what shop serviced the vehicle, the fact is the transmission is defective

While We do understand your frustration each AAMCO center is individually owned and operated.  We at AAMCO ********** did not remove, rebuild, or reinstall this transmission .  The Center where the work was preformed is responsible for there workmanship, This is something that would need to be handled by the AAMCO Center who preformed the original repair and /or AAMCO corporate office
