Incident date : April 8th 2023 around 7 pm. I had placed an order online and when I tried to add curbside vehicle info, there was a website glitch which led me to call and add it. I needed curbside because I am disabled and recently had surgery on my leg which I now have to walk with a walker and I couldn't have carried my order and walked with my walker. When I called them to add it, an employee named Rhett **** rudly and aggresively answered and said "Your gonna have to do it yourself because we cant", I explained my disability and let him know my order was paid for already and asked to speak to a manager" he yelled "AND, what does that have to do with us, we can't help you" and hung up. I called back and asked for a manager which he answered again and said "She said the same thing". I then asked for Corporated number which he yelled "I'm not giving you ***** go on google and look it up" and hung up. I went across town to pick up my 10 yr old nephew whom had to help me carry the pizzas for me and drove to store. We went in and I asked "Who was I speaking to on the phone"? Rhett **** then said "It was me and what the **** are you going to do about it, your copping an attitude because we wouldnt add your vehical to your order and by the looks of it, your heart doesnt seem to be able to take any pizza" ( He stated that because I am a plus size woman ). Heated words were exchanged at that point and I again asked for the manager, who was standing there letting him speak to me that way and corporates number. The manager by the name of Leslie then started yelling took her apron off, came around the counter and wanted to fight in front of my 10 yr old nephew so I took my glasses off and prepared to defend myself. She then said ***** this" and called the police. When they got there she lied and said my order wasnt paid for ect. Not enough characters to explain the rest but If this issue isnt resolved and the employees repramanded I will post the video to my 64k followers.
