            On Sunday Sept, 24th I paid for a week stay for myself and my dog. Their website advertised daily pet rate at $20 dollars and once I got there the front desk guy tried to charge me more than advertised on website. The second day I was there I was forced to leave due to my dog “barking too much”. Being a pet friendly establishment they should be aware that dogs will bark, if they aren’t okay with this then don’t make it pet friendly, simple. When I was checking out they denied me of my cash deposit due to “too many complaints about dog barking”. They also denied to refund me the rest of the nights I wasn’t going to stay since I had paid a week in advance. I had to call my bank to take care of it. After aggressively demanding me to leave with curse words RITA denied my of my deposit and my refund. I feel robbed. I have a video of her cursing at me when I asked for a refund.

            This hotel charges a "Deposit Fee" upon renting room with a small sign located on their counter that this fee will be refunded upon your "Check Out". However, I have been fighting with the counter employees for over 2-weeks now to obtain my "Deposit Fee" refunded and they REFUSE to do so!!! They are constantly giving me "the run-around", including flat-out LYING to me about their refunding my money!!! I have been wondering.....if this hotel is doing this to me, how many other customers are they doing the exact same thing to and essentially making extra thousands of dollars above and beyond the actual cost of the room rental!!! /
