    The branch store in Hagerstown charged me $543.00 for a replacement part for our furnace. Here is the picture of the bag
    -sorry it would not accept the image
    the repair man left me with the old part in it..which he said was still okay but could go at any time. Fine, no problem.
    Here is the cost of that part

    Ms. S******** contacted the office yesterday and informed us she contacted BBB to take this review away.  Ms. S******** apologized immensely for this comment and review.  She could not stop apologizing to us.  I feel this review is settled between us and the customer.  We hung up with each other telling the other to have a blessed day.
