    I have never had to pay over $100 for a cleaning with insurance! Today they charged me $170 saying it's for the X-rays and exam which are always included in the cleaning. Even my hygienist said I would not be charged for X-rays. Well they charged me and I tried talking to them, twice!

    Hello,

    This is a response to the complaint by our patient ****** *******. The patient has an Aetna Discount plan and has to pay a certain amount each visit. The patient has not paid for her previous cleaning and has an outstanding balance of $771 on her account. She did not like the fact that this time we asked her to pay for her visit. Patient had a PPO plan in 2023 that would pay for diagnostic and preventative visits. But 2024 she has a discounted plan. In January of 2024 she had a cleaning with the same discount plan and did not pay her co pay. I think she got disgruntled this time since we asked her for money.

    If you need details and proof of account details , please let me know and I will talk to our HIPPA officer and send you the pertinent information.

    I do not have a balance with them and I've always paid the day of services so they're lying! A cleaning out of pocket is $125. They charged me $171 that's with INS. They're not offering any resolution to this huge bill I paid!

    I do not have a past due balance and I've paid every time I'm there, so they're lying. I have never had to pay 170 for my cleanings, it's always been under 100.
