    The infrastructure for this FIOS INTERNET was installed in 2023 in our neighborhood., Still no contact with us about services. I believe this entire Company is a **** to towns and communities across Maryland.

    Since Google wants to filter my experience, I'll put it here:
    Do not trust the five-star reviews. They are clearly bots. If you check reviews you can see that they're all pretty uniformed. This is clearly an attempt to save face after a slew of unwanted fiber installations throughout Hagerstown.
    They tore up our yard with no regard. They cut my internet in the process. I watched the installation crew sling fiber cabling around as if it were not glass. Anyone who is even foolish enough to purchase this fiber runs the risk of it not working properly.
    The installation company used a third-party company and after further research we found out that they recently had to settle in court for a cut gas line. I am not the least bit surprised, especially after what I saw on the day of fiber installation in my community.
    Their installation was so abysmal, that they had to schedule a meeting with our HOA to address the residents concerns. Do not trust these five star reviews. A representative would not be needed to address an entire community if the installation process were not shoddy to begin with.
    When we asked why we didn't have a say, we were met with a snarky reply of "Well, the city knew"
    So take that little bit of information as you will, and if you can go with another company. These people remind of the BP folks from that one South Park episode.

    Can’t work from home bc Antietam internet is the worst, never without disruptions even late at night for $240 per month for lousy, confusing cable and horrible internet. Why doesn’t BBB do something? Customer service is non-existent. Law suit is the only option bc this company is not going to improve and I will get fired for not being able to work.

    money stealers. just terrible. 0 stars if that’s possible. we had awful internet service for 2 months. i work at home full time, so just imagine how much disruption to my work there was. the number of hours i spent on the phone with antietam looking for solutions. they sent one tech guy and he said it was a neighborhood wide issue and would keep us posted on the fix. never heard back. i kept calling for refunds because service was so bad. i never got any concrete solutions and kept getting the run around answers for refunds. we finally switched to point broadband and they are phenomenal and cheaper. do NOT waste your time with antietam. they are the worst company i’ve dealt with for a long time.

    Antietam Cable.... IS THE WORST CABLE COMPANY. CONSTANTLY RAISING PRICES ON PISS POOR QUALITY SERVICE. CABLE IS CONSTANTLY GOING OUT. WHEN I CALLED THE SERVICE HOTLINE I WAS TOLD " SORRY SIR BUT WE ARE DEALING WITH ******* BROADBAND AND THEM CUTTING INTO OUR SERVICE LINES. THE ICING ON THE CAKE WAS THAT MY CABLE AS MANY OTHERS IM SURE WENT OUT AT 2AM. WHO THE HELL IS CUTTING SERVICE LINES 2AM CAUSING THE CABLE TO GO OUT. ALSO WAS TOLD EVERY EXCUSE UNDER THE SUN WHY THE CABLE WAS OUT BUT THE TRUTH.... ANTIETAM SUCKS. BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THIS DAY FOR 15 YEARS. 15 YEARS OF ****** SERVICE BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER CABLE COMPANY IN WASHINGTON COUNTY

    Antietam Broadband is by far the worst cable company provider I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. The service is sporadic at best on any given day. The customer service personnel are professional and courteous, but the cable service infrastructure is heinously inadequate. The corporate business model is advantageous to Antietam Broadband because they charge for services not rendered. Customers need to be refunded for the multitude of days being forced to pay for services not rendered.
