    Company reported an inaccuracy and incorrect information or verifiable information on my tenant screening application. I would like for this company to stop reporting this to potential apartment application using my tenant background information negatively by either removing it or sealing it from the public.

    Cleara is a wholesale data provider and as such, does not do business with individuals, such as Miss *****, and as such has no relationship to or knowledge of Miss *****.  Rather, Cleara does business with many companies, some of which may involve tenant screening.  Should Miss ***** have a concern with her report, she should work directly with the ************************* that conducted it, who may in turn work with Cleara (if in fact that data did derive from Cleara).

    Additionally, we do not have enough information to research Miss *****' claim--we would need to know the date of the transaction, her date of birth (as her name is common) and a more detailed understanding of her complaint.
