    it is unfortunate that Im sure Im not the only customer experience in these type of issues. AT&T wireless opened up a new account in my name simply because I wanted to transfer my account from business to personal, and then my account was accelerated where the payment is for my installments were pushed forward to my next billing account without my permission. In addition to me having to close the new account that they open in my name without my permission I just feel like as customers we should be treated better. Im very unhappy with the services from **** over the last four months with simply trying to change my business plan to a customer plan hopefully, my complaint will be hurt, and they will change their practices
