Our technician provides a free sample of the recommended service that will be provided on items to be cleaned so that the customer can see the process and results of the items. If the customer agrees, the technician proceeds with the work to be done. If the customer is not completely satisfied with the results once the item is dry, then we will return for a follow up appointment.
