    I spoke with ****, the owner about the menus not reflecting the actual cost of their items. On April 11, 2025, **** stated within 2 weeks the menus will be updated. However, when I went to the restaurant on May 10, 2025, the menus has still not been updated. The conversation with **** started from when my sister and her fianc went for a meal and was charged double than what was on the menu. **** then provided a gift card after I reached out to him about their charges. However, the menus still has not been updated. They have a handwritten sign on the door about the prices are different, but doesn't say how much or a difference. Not to mention, not everyone reads handwritten signs hanging on the front door. In this economy, we should want to be more mindful of things because a customer could come in and only have a certain amount of money to spend, but not have enough because their menus doesn't reflect the actual cost of their items. I see there were issues with the restaurant as well, but that isn't for the BBB. I've reached out to the owner, ****, on 5/10, but haven't received a response as of yet.     We're aware of the Problem and working hard to fix the situation. As hard as we try we know some people will not be satisfied no matter what we do. We already gave Her an apology, and Gift Card to customer that was more then the initial amount. We wish her the best. We think it's best she looks for somewhere else to do her business. She's not welcome to come back. Thanks

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to anyone that wants to support the business. The amount my sister and her fianc spent was not less than the ***** gift card he gave. They actually spent more that night. I personally would NEVER EVER go to his business, so he didnt have to waste time typing he doesnt want me there. He cares nothing about the customers, clearly.

    THIS business just charges anything to their menu after the posted prices on the menu . they keep saying they need to update their menus , this has being going on for about 2 years now
