Bottom feeders, who harass you with frequent mailings. One such mailer includes what purports to be a ****** Street View photo of my house. No idea where they got the photo, but it's not this place. They seem to work from the assumption that anyone who is of a certain age, or has owned a property for many years is some helpless old fart, with no resources and no knowledge of home values. Considering that we're in an overheated seller's market, you'd need to be mentally deficient to consider working with such a business.

Mr. M******y, I am sorry receiving a couple mailers, upset you so. We pull addresses (from public records) in good neighborhoods all over the state; we have helped hundreds of people sell their homes. We'd be more than happy to remove you, we just need the address. When my brother-in-law passed away, I was named as his Personal Representative of his estate. I received a letter from Trusted Homebuyers from Susan so I called her to set up an appointment to give us an estimate on my brother-in-laws house. Susan was so professional and helpful in every aspect of this process. She was available everytime I contacted her.

Dealing with the unexpected
My wife and I had been helping my brother in his declining years. As his only living relative I knew eventually the task of settling his estate would fall on my shoulders. You think it won't involve that much effort; well, I could have not been more wrong. There was however one nice lady that was the right person at the right time. Susan G***** of Trusted Home Buyers had the drive and talent to deal with my needs in selling my brother's house.
I had met with four different firms who professed to have all the answers and offer the smoothest passage to quickly get you through the process and at the best price. They may have been able, but Susan and her firm made the most acceptable proposal. She followed through and when there was a complication or necessary adjustment, she was on top of seeing things handled.
It was rewarding to have had the opportunity of doing business with Susan and the Trusted Home Buyers organization.

When my uncle passed away, I had to sell his house; but it needed to have so much work done on it in order to sell it. After interviewing several companies, I chose Susan G***** at Trusted Home Buyers. I wanted to work with Susan because she went beyond the typical sales pitch of "we can do this and that grandeur." She was sensitive to my situation and treated me with patience and respect.
The end result was awesome! My uncle's house looked amazingly beautiful. She sold my uncle's house faster than I ever could by myself. I strongly recommend using Trusted Home Buyers if you ever find yourself in need of selling your home.
We met for lunch today to catch up with each other. Imagine my surprise when Susan handed me a check for referring her to a friend of mine! My friend used Susan at Trusted Home Buyers' expertise to sell his brother-in-law's house for the same reasons I mentioned. Can't thank you enough!!

I have had the pleasure of working with trusted home buyers twice and will gladly go back to them again if I have a need.
They are pleasant and knowledgeable with the service they provide. I am a huge stickler on good customer service and with this company I can not find even the smallest detail to find fault.
You can not go wrong with this company

This company harrasses the elderly. They sent letters and post cards to my legally declared incompetent 89 year old mother trying to convince her to sell her house. When I called and complained to them and told them to stop contacting my family; they failed to do so. Keep your elderly love ones far, far away from these people. Ms. A**** called on 4/13/2021 and asked to be removed from our mailing list. She was removed that day -so no other mail will be sent. If she received a mailing since then, it was most likely already being processed when she called. That will absolutely be the last. Hi: I noticed you didn't respond to the targeting of my incompetent mother. Secondly, you are lying about stopping contact with me via your incessant post cards. I got yet another one in the mail today. I think this makes #6 since April 13th of this year. If you were a legitimate business you wouldn't feel the need to bombast people with your junk mail. This is especially true considering the fact that no one from my family EVER asked for your services. You're a predator and you should be stopped.

I am sorry that Ms. A**** has received six mailings since April 13th, but they cannot all be from our company, After looking at her particular address, it seems her mom passed in December and an estate was registered with Carroll County this past February. Once an estate is filed with the court, we get the information and send a postcard (which was returned via USPS), we then sent a letter to the PR/Ms. A****. At most we send one note 30-45 days apart for six months, unless someone calls and asks to be removed. Ms. A**** did call April 13 and was removed. We do not prey on people, but offer a lot of people solutions when faced with these situations. We are very sorry for Ms. A****'s loss.
