    I been referred by my general dentist to Dr. ***** *** to check my teeth problem. My general dentist suggested the root canal, so I made appointment for consultation and CT scan with Dr. **** general consultation charged $393, CT scan charge $426, I paid copayment consultation $21 and CT scan $98, insurance paid rest of bill, however the doctor told me she cant proceed the root canal, all my money dropped to the water, now I received the $84 bill for my consultation because insurance wont cover, the service I received extremely not satisfied, I refused to pay the bill. Please follow with the business to waive my charge. Thanks.

    Good afternoon/evening!

    Our business will be reaching out to the patient in order to handle this billing matter and waive the charge from the insurance for the patient. We are disappointed to hear such a negative review with a patient that seemed pleased with our services and had a understanding with us and her general dentist about the outcome with her tooth. Please reach out if we need to do anything else to resolve this matter with you as well. This is the first time handling such matter.
