Refunds granted on non-custom orders initiated within 30 days of purchase date. Customer assumes all responsibility for products' safe return to our facilities. This includes any shipping costs associated with returning the product and filing claims with shipping carrier in the event of loss or damage during transport. Refunds will only be executed after we receive the returned product.
