    I hired this company twice within a month to move my items from my apartment and storage unit. When I had my final move the movers broke my stuff and once I was able to go through my things I noticed my two laptops and a box of hats was missing. Several items were damaged. The movers were arrogant and lacked any professionalism whatsoever. I contacted the owner and let him know what happened I gave him more than enough time to investigate and then all he wanted to do was argue with me over the phone. I want my items replaced it was two laptops and a box of hats as well as my recliner was damaged.

I have requested a refund of the $426.00 I paid.[I also found out that the person taking payments is someone who reviewed the service multiple times, which seems like bad form at best and scammish at worst.] I've done my part as a consumer; I didn't withhold payment or become unruly or simply cease attempting to achieve resolution. I cannot control that the men totally ignored me, deviated from the original plan and from their own move-out promise [which is posted online]. My bedroom set cost 1200.00 plus tax. I want the total of the full price of the pieces I need to replace (my broken dresser-575; my headboard-200; my wooden living room partition-95).I want a refund of what I paid as well. I have conferred with counsel and have no issue filing suit, but believe this could be handled faster out of court.

    I hired signature moving company to move my items from my apartment to a new apartment on November 5, 2022 starting from 3pm. The moving company only confirmed the hire through text and I was hoping to sign the contract on the day of the move before they start the service but there was none. During the move, my TV was the last item moved and I was specific on how the TV is very sensitive and fragile and needs to be handled with care. The movers were reluctant. Once the move was complete I was unpacking and didn’t get Wifi until Tuesday, November 8,2022. That’s when I tried to turn my TV on and found out the TV was not turning on. It was around 9pm and I immediately called the moving company. There was no response. I mentioned this to my brother who was with the movers the day of and he said they did hit the side of the track while they tried taking it inside the car but he couldn’t see if anything happened because it was wrapped with blanket and plastic. He also mentioned that they stuffed it in the track with a couple of items and didn’t bother to give it a proper space. My TV was working the day before and on the day of the move as I was entertaining my son with it. After Tuesday I texted and tried to reach out to the company multiple times with no response and finally got a hold of them on Thursday. I explained the situation and was promised a follow up call the next day and was asked to send a picture. On Friday during the day, I was trying to take a close picture and noticed there was a crack. I sent the photo and indicated the crack but there was no response again. Saturday, I called again but no response. I used another number and called they returned my call on the different number and was promised a follow up on November 14. I have been calling and texting since Monday with no response. I haven’t been provided info on how to submit a claim or received a proper follow up. My calls and requests have been ignored with no sign that the company is taking the appropriate step to resolve the issue. I would like to please request assistance in resolving the issue.
