    On April 20th, I paid went through the car wash at this business. While I was exiting the car wash, the door to the wash closed on top of my car damaging my antenna and causing scratches on my car. I called the store attendant to the car wash and he saw the damage to my car. Another customer who witnessed the incident told the store attendant what he saw. The store attendant took my number and said his manager would call me. I called the business the following day and the store attendant told me the manager will call me back. I called the next day and got the same message from the store attendant. I went to the store the following day and asked to speak with the store manager but still was not able to talk to him. The store attendant told me the store manager will call me. I have been calling and going to the business and have not been able to reach the store manager and the business has not reach back out to me to pay for the damage made to my car. I want the store to take responsibility for the damage made to my car.

    Hello,I want to file a complaint about this Exxon in Germantown, **.Location Address:19815 Germantown Road Germantown, ** ***** I am a Monthly carwash customer. I am billed every month for unlimited carwashes at this location. The carwash is broken very frequently, multiples times a month. They often times do rectify the problem and fix the carwash. This seems to be temporary fix each and every time over the months/year.I feel it is not right to charge customers a recurring monthly fee and the carwash is often broken for customer use. Please let me know how the owner plans to fix this issue over the long term.Thank you,-****
