    I brought my rv in for service and asked them to fix the back awning that was separating from the rv. I received a phone call from them stating that the reason it was separating was because of an arm that was bent. I agreed to change the arm and pay the money for the arm and labor as they said it was the cause of the awning issue and the arm was no longer under warranty. When I picked up the rv and brought it back to the campground I noticed that the awning had not been repaired and that they changed an arm on a different awning that even though it was bent was working fine. When I went back to explain what had happened to the service department manager he agreed that they had screwed up and did not do what I had written down and asked them to do. He informed me that he would have to speak with the store manager and get back with me. This never happened so I called my credit card company and disputed the charges for the part and labor and now am filing a bbb complaint.

    Leo's is the worst when it comes to repairing your trailer. I dropped my trailer off Dec. 28, 2022 , they told me my control box on the Refrigerator was bad and is on order. I missed one camping trip , so I picked the trailer up in April so I would not miss another trip and was told as soon as the part comes in they will call me. We have to have a refrigerator not just for food but also for medicine. We bought this trailer from Leo's in 2021 new so my daughter and grandson could make memories. Last year I paid $1148.00 for two hubs that split and fell apart now this issue. We purchased this trailer because our daughter has Brain cancer that there is no cure for so we are more then frustrated with Leo's . I need help in getting this issue resolved.

    I bought a new ******* River Wildwood travel trailer from ***'s in May of 2022 for $45,000.00. Before our first trip in late September, I noticed water leaking from under the rear of the trailer. I called ***'s in early October to see about getting it fixed under warranty. I could not get an appointment until Jan 2 2023. I dropped off the trailer on January 2, 2023. I called ****** ************ a few days later and was told that it would take six weeks before they could get it into the shop. I visited the service **** the following Saturday and talked to ***** who got defensive but told me he would get it in. It is now January 28, 2023 and I haven't heard back from him. I paid a lot of money for this RV and expect better service than that. The trailer is under warranty and should be taken care of in a timely manner. All I want is for them to honor the warranty and fix my trailer.

    We just bought a 2021 Wildwood 24RLXL in November of 2021. Took it back to the dealer (Leo's VACATION CENTER in Virginia) for a yearly warranty check? Had a list of issues we wanted checked. One of which was the co detecter goes off every time I turn on the oven. Other issues are the floor, squeaking, sounds like a hundred year old home. Also the slide sides are de-laminating.
    The dealer said there were only four things they could check at that appointment. The roof, axles and hub, the heater and the furnace. Also you're warranty expires on the 19 of this month. Sorry.
    The business would not even look at the other issues and when we said "ok, we'll since we documented these issues before the warranty runs out and you fix them at a later date?" He said " No, that is not how it works."

    When you made the appointment is was for a waiting appointment for warranty forever inspection only. There are maany signs in our office and when we make a waiting appointment it is for warranty inspection only. Did the person you spoke with offer for you to leave the unit here so we could repair the rest of your concerns? Please call Bob ****** **** and we will make all needed repairs, but you will have to drop it off.
