So , I have a major issue with how careless this place has been with my order. I visited this place on Dec 4th for my yearly eye exam. This was my first time giving them my business most likely will be my last; because I typically go elsewhere for my yearly eye exam and purchase new glasses from them, but I decided to go here for a change. Let me start out by saying that to someone who has never been to this place before walking inside, and seeing the decor is fairly overwhelming, but in a good way, it looks nice on the inside. But the experience I had with staff just rubbed me the wrong way. For example, I had a staff associate prep me before I saw the doctor. She was rushing everything, for customers looking to be treated like they are top priority customers to this business do not come here because you are not a top priority. They are looking to rush you in and out the door. On top of the fact that you’re being rushed once you’re exam is done, and the doctor lets you go into the lobby to look at glasses you have a pushy sales associate come up to you to try and sell you their overpriced glasses; for this appointment I brung my own glasses. Bringing your own glasses will not do you any justice; because the same pushy sales associate will try to upsell everything in regards to your glasses from relaxed lenses to transitions, etc. etc. at the end of your appointment you’re facing a $160 bill and this is not including your glasses, but it seems as though you would’ve been better off buying new glasses, you probably would’ve paid around the same amount of money if you have insurance. but that is not the kicker. The kicker is when I receive my glasses from this appointment on December 4th. My glasses came broken; the one lens continued to pop out of the frame and wearing them knowing that the lens could just pop out at any second. Was uncomfortable for me. Sent them back to be fixed. Been waiting for a long time now and I can’t see on top of that. Truly unacceptable.
