Since July, I have reached out to agent Urias and did not receive a call back or was even able to speak with him until today 10/21/2024. I inquired about the status of the claim and he told me he would get back to me by the end of the day
I received a text message that informed me that there is a new adjustor on the case. Property damage claim should not require 3 months or longer to resolve and communication, courtesy respect to each member should be indicated on each transaction to embody "legendary service". I would like the matter to be resolved immediately and AAA to consider retraining ,continuing training courses to refresh those in contact with customers.

Ive Never heard this before as well as the people who pull my credit. I purchased an auto insurance policy during covid of 2018. I couldn't pay my 4th insurance payment, it was late. Due to covid unforeseen circumstances, and finical hardships, that I was going through during Pandemic. I called to reinstate my insurance. Like most insurance companies. They let you reinstate, fairly easy, or they just make you re-buy a new insurance policy. Not Triple AAA, according to them. I was dinged on my credit for defaulting on my auto insurance. I have never heard of such a thing. I had been a AAA costumer for at least 6 years. This has never, happened to me. This act is completely disagreeable. I did not sign up for this type of policy with AAA. I find this prejudice, and so unconsitituional. What dicates AAA to seek garnishment and interest for an automobile that is renewable at any other insurance carrier, minus AAA?!! This needs further justification and must stop dinging my credit as well as others peoples credit, with such an unlawful act.

I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire. They told me it would be done later that day. It wasn't. Told me it would be done the next day. It wasn't. Told me they had to order the tire and it would be done at 230pm on Wednesday. I brought my vehicle in on that Monday. It took three days for them to replace a tire on my vehicle. What poor service. Not the first time I've had such poor service with AAA. I've been a member of AAA for years. Undeserving treatment for a service that I'm paying for.

Did not render services although every renewal payment was made on time. Horrible customer service. After policy was cancelled, we were charged a renewal and not refunded the total renewal amount. They wanted us to appeal their decision based on their employees feelings getting hurt. Meanwhile, I have a loved one sitting on the side of the road that I paid service for, and they were not willing to send a tow truck to get them off of the road. The renewal went in several months after the cancellation AAA was contacted. The full amount was supposed to be refunded. Four months a refund came through for partial of our renewal fees. We were told that although the membership was canceled in June 2023 that we were charged through January 2024, because they were expecting an appeal. Why would I appeal with such a company that does not back up, their services yet have no issues excepting money for services that were not rendered? I have been a member of AAA for 12 years. Apparently they are not trained well in customer service with a worried customer and again left one stuck on the side of the road that was on the policy. We took our business elsewhere. We have contacted AAA twice for the full refund amount, and they want us to appeal their decision. Backwards does not make sense at all as we are not interested in continuing services and was informed that our membership was canceled as of June 2023 therefore there should be a balance From June until September 2023 owed on top of the renewal rate that they automatically deducted from my account although it was supposedly canceled. For a business to be around for so many years and handle our situation the way that they did is very sad, but apparently us pay out-of-pocket for a toe and then being put in a position where they could withdraw money from our account without our consent after cancellation it’s pretty sad that they are so compromised over a $70 credit. Obviously AAA is having some sort of financial issues.

I have continuously tried to make an effort to resolve my claim and have my vehicle repaired to its previous condition but AAA has prevented me from being able to do so.
From the start of my claim, I have had trouble reaching people to talk to and often was left with no response. This accident was not my fault and I was promised that my insurance would take care of everything for me and make this process the least complicated—that has proved to be untrue.
As a paying customer, I am frustrated. My doors were not damaged prior to the accident. I had no issues whatsoever and was able to safely get in and out of the car with my two small children. Had it not been for this accident, I would still have working doors and no problems. The impact is what compromised my vehicle and is what has affected the doors. The vehicle was in excellent condition prior to the accident.
I am now being told that the doors will not be covered by my insurance, which has caused concern for additional costs that I can not afford and concern about the safety of myself and children in this vehicle that AAA will not help me get repaired.
I believe that AAA is being unfair and not repairing my vehicle to its full condition prior to the accident. I believe my calls are being avoided and I am not being assisted. I believe AAA is just trying to cut corners and costs.

AAA is wrongfully accusing me of an accident that I wasn’t even apart of. I sold a car and they didn’t transfer the car out of my name and did some illegal things and I’m getting blamed for it.
