This business sells email and web hosting services. However, they lacked rDNS, an industry standard - and necessity for some receivers, such as gmail - for security; this was eventually added, but not until asking. Additionally, at about 4 months into a service I had, the service stopped working; it was likely a service DNS issue, as the service was running and I had not changed any of *my* DNS settings since it *had* worked; this outage lasted for at least sixty hours, before which I terminated DNS support so that I could migrate to a new service provider. When I asked for a refund for the service that had been unfit for use, they denied it; this was the service that had stopped working 4 of 6 months into its term. I also accidentally paid for a second six month term of the service, thinking the original issue was with billing for the current term; they would not refund this either, which is in their terms, although the service was unfit for use so I have not been using such service. The amount is small enough - $1.50 per term - that I do not care much to pursue a refund, but their service became unusable, and wasted much of my time, as it may to other customers too. However, they charged me a second time recently (I had paid for the second term early, and there was later an automatic charge scheduled of some sort) for this single second unit of service; I originally assumed there was no automatic payment, and I dont remember but I thought I had not signed up for a subscription (and the invoices had option to be paid manually), because there doesnt appear to be any way to cancel a subscription (its possible there is a way, but it is not easily advertised on their sites dashboard, such as in the billing or service sections).
