    Lack empathy, bullying, intimidating, lack work ethic, also fraudulent acts. Property has Mold inside and out, also Infested with Rats and ********** disabled , half a heart with congested heart failure. This company violated my lease, unit was in abatement yet work never was done, now keep increasing rent ,been fighting to get work on my townhome, almost three years .

    I applied at a property that they manage on 09/14/2022 Gateway Village Apartments. I had to contact the office to follow up on the status of my application. I sent an email and left a voicemail and finally got something saying that it was denied by email. Then I received a call from someone in the office notifying me of the results as well. I asked her at that time would the money that was held as a holding fee would be returned to me and she advised me that she closed out my account. That was on 9/16. I still have not received my money back and have reached back out to the apartment office for an update because I have never had something take so long to happen. I sent an email on 10/4/22 and also called the office. I received a response on 10/14/22 that it can now take up to 45 days. The customer service is horrible and as of today I still haven't received my money back.
