    On Nov. 25, I purchased a 2023 Kia ********. Informed the salesman, manager, and finance that we are a military family in the process of moving to Colorado. Financial Representative altered the documents from Kia Finance to ******* ***, changed the duration of the loan, and upped the interest rate. It corrected after a fight. Left Maryland on Dec. 16. On Dec. 20 received call saying Gap Insurance price had dropped. Asked for forms for electronic signature, never received. No one at King Kia notified us that there was an issue with the contract or that the loan had not been initiated. Arrived in Colorado on Dec. 27. Called Kia about the tags. Informed there was a delay, they would send extended tags. No mention of contract issues, loan issues or why the title was not done. Called on Jan 19 about extended tags. Told I was denied extended tags. Tried to make a payment but there was no loan. The 1st payment was due on Jan 9. I cannot register the car in Colorado or Maryland. I cannot get a copy of the title. We filed a complaint with Corporate, which prompted a call from the District Manager. He stated that we could not receive the title because it was just submitted, because they sold 162 cars that month. This is an issue because it only takes 20 days to process. This process should have been completed prior to us departing Maryland. Lastly, at no point did anyone from King Kia call us to discuss any issues. They recently mailed us new documents. During the call with the District Manager, I requested a full copy of the documents that were submitted to Kia Finance to compare to the copy that we have to see if they provided fraudulent signatures. The dealership did not send a full copy and only sent three forms that they wanted us to re-sign. After receiving the forms, I contacted Kia Finance and they informed me that as of January 23rd, 2020, I do not have a car loan with them. Received $400 mats that do not fit. I do not know if we legally own the car.

    After confirming the final price of a vehicle twice with the manager Terry. Drove an hour and half to the dealership and began the processing the paperwork with the confirmed final price signed for. Once the insurance cleared, the manager came back and said the confirmed price was wrong and should now be a $1000.00 more. With no apology, he said that’s now the final price, take it or leave. Poor management and extremely poor customer service.
