My movers were **************** They really went above and beyond in ensuring everything was in place, taken care of, and put in place. I definitely recommend using Helix!

2 starsWe had a mixed experience with this moving company. On the positive side, the movers themselves were excellentpunctual, efficient, friendly, and clearly hard-working. They handled our belongings with care and maintained a great attitude throughout the day.However, the planning and coordination on the companys side were disappointing. We did two virtual walk-throughs of our apartment in advance and were quoted an estimated 1.52 hours for packing and a total move time of 6.57 hours. Based on that, we chose this company and also scheduled use of our buildings loading dock accordingly.When the movers arrived, they informed us it would take 45 hours just to packmore than double the original estimate. They also said they had not been briefed on the fact that our apartment had three bedrooms or on the volume of items to be packed. As a result, the truck had to be moved from the loading dock before packing was complete, and it was left open in an alleyway, creating a risk for ******** the end, the move took significantly longer than expected, and we were charged nearly twice the original estimate. While we appreciated the movers professionalism, the lack of accurate planning and communication made the experience unnecessarily stressful and expensive. We contacted them after the move, communicating our dissatisfaction and they did not offer to compensate us for the mistake in the financial and scheduling estimate. Unfortunately, based on this, we would not recommend hiring Helix, unless you are open to paying double what they initially quote you.Review fromEmily W

5 starsSrecko and ****** were an amazing and professional team! They called to let us know when to expect them (a day, hour, and half hour in advance) and showed up when they said they would.
