    I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding unauthorized services and charges from this company. Despite not signing any contract or agreeing to any services, I received a bill $56 today, February 21, 2024, claiming that lawn services were performed on my property.I want to make it clear that I did not authorize this company to enter my property or provide any services whatsoever. The fact that they have billed me for services I did not request or consent to is completely unacceptable and constitutes forced selling and fraud.I demand that you immediately cease any further attempts to enforce this unauthorized contract and remove the charge of $56 from my account. I reiterate that there is no valid contract between us, and I did not agree to any lawn services.

    Message Hi, I received the mail from your company, offering the lawn care package. We would like to give it a try with Option 2, prepayment.

    This is a message we received on 2/9/2024 at 9:32 am. We called at 1:30 pm that same day and told he that the account was activated and that she would be receiving a confirmation email that would allow her to pay for the year which is what option 2 is. That email was also sent on 2/9. we never heard from this customer that she had changed her mind about "wanting to give it a try". There are no contracts to sign. She responded to an advertisement, told us she wanted the service, and we performed the service. 

    At no point after the service was performed did she contact us about not wanting it done. This looks to me like this person is trying to get a free service. I can cancel the service moving forward but would like to be paid for a service that was asked for and was done.
