    This business offers one-on-one stretching services and is based on memberships. I have a membership consisting of 4 25-minute stretches per month, which costs $179. One week ago, per the instructions on my online profile, I sent an email to request my membership be cancelled. I have not received any response. There is no way to cancel online. The only way to cancel is by calling, which did not work, or sending an email. I was also not able to cancel in person at the location. I also tried emailing ************************************* (appeared on ****** search), and the email address is invalid/nonexistent.

    Hi there. I think this customer may have lodged their compliant in between the time of their email to us and our response, which was resolved amicably and to their satisfaction.

    Please see attached PDF copy of our email sent to customer on June 9th confirming that their previously paid invoice was their last and that no additional payments would be due to honor their commitment to the studio.
