    I took my 2008 ******** **** to get my suspension fixed. My car has air struts which needed to be replaced and I supplied all the parts. (ALL NEW air struts, air compressor, valve block, sway link bar, lower control bar, two new axles and an oil pan) After my car being at this shop for 2 months I get a call from the shop saying that they were unable to inflate the air bags to get the vehicle to ride properly. This did not sit well with me because this was said after 2 months with no warning and after we agreed to a price of $3150 for labor of my supplied parts. The owner only agreed to that amount if I paid cash. I initially gave them a $1,200 deposit and then another $1,000 the day I picked my vehicle. Since they put in my new struts but couldn't inflate them, they basically ruined the new struts due to the cars weight on them. Even still, they were asking for full payment even the the car is un-drivable. It is my understanding that they knew in advance that they were unable to fix my car as promised, proceeded to take my deposit and the $1K knowingly, and return my vehicle in an un-drivable condition. I spoke to the mechanics who said the owner was a liar and only wanted my money, the owner blamed the mechanics for not being able to fully fix my vehicle. And if that isn't bad enough, the broke my windshield and said that it was like that when I brought it in. In addition to refunding my "labor" costs, I'd like the to pay for any parts they damaged (supplied or other) due to incorrect installation. Also, I like for them to pay the ******** dealer to correctly fix my vehicle. I've have lost time and money dealing with Zimmerman. I paid over $3k in buying parts, plus the $2,200 given to them, and my broken windshield.I have videos and text messages as well.

    WOW!! RUDE 0 Stars minus 100 stars if had an option! how are you in business!!!!! Please save your money and never use them!!!! they mess with the wrong person!!! I had to call the cops today on them. The guy behind the counter told me to shut up and get out the shop. I didn't say anything disrespectfully to him. All i ask was why are you typing so much for an invoice that should been ready 2 weeks ago. ALSO he tried to charge us an extra $500 that i never agreed on. If you take the car to a dealer for a second opinion, it's on YOU. The agreement is between you and the dealer it's not the customer responsibility if you can't fix the car. They are thieves. Cops came for me to have something in writing to take them to court!!!
