Its really unfair of Dars Appliance repair company to charge me full fee when the technician didnt provide the service needed to fix my GE Refrigerator. When the technician came on 11/13, I was unware of what he did but at the end he wasnt able to fix the problem and he also mentioned if it is a bigger problem then our company wont repair it. They don't have the expertise to fix those problems. I never heard that, Why? The website mentioned they fully repair GE appliances. Then, I was charged the full amount on Monday 11/15, and when I called the customer service right away, they said because the technician went, it should be charged. How unfair is it for them to charge me if they weren't able to fix my problem? Ive been suffering with my refrigerator for more than 2 weeks with spoiled foods etc., if they dont have the experience then dont take the job. I wanted to speak to the manager, the lady **** I think said she'll have him call me. The manager never called me back either. I was waiting to hear the issue and how to fix my refrigerator. I have never faced such unprofessionalism and I SHOULD NOT be charged or be responsible for something they could not repair. They are not cooperating with me to fix this issue. This is putting a lot of pressure on me mentally and physically to worry about what to do with my appliance now as I lost a good amount of time.
