    Love this company, NOT! They were contracted by American Home Shield to evaluate an HVAC upgrade. Per AHS they were to call within 24 hours. I had to call them because they had no intent on calling me (72 hours later).

    They were supposed to show up between 8 and 10 to do an assessment for the upgrade. I got a text saying they would arrive about 8:45. At 7:34 I get another message they the work (the assessment) had been completed and was closed. I have no idea if they showed up. They did not call they did nothing!! Avoid this company at all costs. While you are at it, avoid American Home Shield as well (the love to take your money but do meet the requirements of the warranty contract).
