  Towed my vehicle from my neighborhood because I parked in a visitors spot. We have no parking assigned to us residents.
  When I asked the driver over the phone "How do you confirm a visitor's car?" He started to get annoyed with me. He said he will be at the tow lot in 45 mins.
  Once at the tow lot to get my truck, I asked again and he kept asking me if I lived in the neighborhood the car was towed from. I answered "Whether that is affirmative or not, how do you verify a visitor's car?" And then he said "You have one minute (to pay me) or I'm going to shut the gate for another hour." Once I was warming my truck up he told the guy that drove me to the lot "I only made him wait the first hour because I didn't like how he talked to me when he first called. I had the car still on my truck and around the corner from where I picked it up from."

  Derek's Towing is horrible, unreliable, tells you one time they will show up and then it's several hours later. They told my vehicle to the wrong location was advised the vehicle did not belong there but left my vehicle. Damaged my vehicle and now they do not want to accept responsibility for the damage done. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They need to be shut down. Unprofessional and very disrespectful.

  Vehicle was towed to the dealer as per the original dispatch. Nobody called to update us that it was revised to a different location. Pictures were taken prior to the car being towed the first time. The service department at ****** also notated any pre existing scratches on your vehicle prior to their service. Several months after we towed the car you started claiming all these things. If my car was damaged I would be noticeably upset within a couple hours or days, not months. The pictures you submitted to your insurance look nothing like how the car was when it was delivered or on the intake form performed by ******. The car was nice and clean nothing stood out, it looked like a nice car like it had just been detailed. I took pictures but there wasn't much to document specifically. The pictures you sent to your insurance several months later were of a filthy car with a lot of odd scratches that were very obvious even from 50 feet away. The car looked very different and those types of scratches would have been documented. The scratches don't even look possible by a tow truck and the route it was towed was also totally obstruction free. Your insurance representative told me during our phone conversation that it he couldn't find any wrong doing on our part and that's when you wrote this review. Personally I feel as if your claim to your insurance company was fraudulent but it is easier to just let it go. I wish you the best.
