    Well I had a contract with Frederick Air. Was paying them annually and for each 6 month service. I had another company look at it this year and they showed me all of the issues that I am currently encountering. I'm not sure what Frederick Air was doing besides taking my money and not really servicing it. This place is all about getting paid and replacing units to their advantage. Customers beware!! I guess unless you watch over them, they charge you for things they actually don't perform. Horrible!!!
    DO NOT TAKE OUT THE MAINTENANCE PLAN. IT DOESN'T COVER ANYTHING!!

    Customer had a maintenance performed by FA in March of 2022. It was noted at the time that the filter was very dirty, which indicates it was not being changed regularly. Customer subsequently did not renew their maintenance agreement and has not had any service in the following 16 months. Customer recently had another company out, who indicated that the system was dirty. This comports with the time and expected buildup of dust and particulates between maintenance/cleanings. The pictures provided show the expected level of dust. Previous estimates for needed coil cleanings were declined.
