      summary: we have a disagreement over how to determine onjectively whether a repair was successful. the email thread attached covers the discussion.background facts on need for repair:to my knowledge the following facts are undisputed and the only dispute is as described in the summary.this miracle method franchisee did a job having workmanship defects. they have not denied that. problems include orange peel, gaps in coverage that they call a dry spot and gaps in the caulking 2 of which are 6 inches long. they propose to sand down the orange peel and apply a new top coat. we have agreed that, in their words:"just want to be sure our expectations are aligned here so once this project is completed, everyone is satisfied"i have asked that we use the published before and after pictures of sample work as provided by the franchisor as the standard for ecpectations. that is the issue in dispute because they have taken thepisition that those pics are just illustrative so they should not be the basis for determining satisfaction. while rejecting my proposal the franchisor has yet to propose any objective alternative.this dispute can be resolved with agreement on an objective measure of successful repair or, in the alternative, a refund of the charge for the work that i eould then use to obtain repair.

      error in my last update. 

      should have said that we have a signed agreement to a refund which when received entitles miracle method to a report of settlement from me to bbb.

      This matter has been settled by both parties amicably. We have a written agreement which has been fulfilled on our end. The customer was offered and accepted a full refund on the work provided to him.
