      "10 minutes ago New I paid for a class but due to me having a medical emergency that happened at 2am on Sunday the day I was scheduled to fly out I wasnt able to go, initially I just wanted to attended the next class but due to the lack of communication & the inconsistencies of even responding to my multiple texts regarding the next class I requested a refund.
