            On August 4th I took my car in for an oil change, tune up and rack and pinion. I didn't get my car back until the 7th. I was told to bring my car back to get the rack and pinion fixed. I called back on the 13th to find out if the part arrived. I was told it had arrived but they didn't have anyone to do the repair. I had to cancel the finance agreement because the payment was scheduled to come out but the work hadn't been done. I called and asked to be billed for the work that was done. I was told they'd call me back. I received a call from someone named ****** on the 27th stating that I needed to pay the bill  or she'd call the police. Spoke to ****** and was told I'm being charged a $479 restocking fee since I canceled the repair. I had a procedure on the 23rd, I didn't have time to take my car in. This fee is very excessive. The total bill  is $1800 and the rack and pinion was never repaired.

            I’m a military veteran and I’m not using that to gain any favors. It was around march 13, 2023. They failed my vehicle inspection because, they said that my window tint was too dark. I’ve been to that same auto shop to get my vehicle inspected with the same lady and her name is Tammy who conducted my inspection years ago and she said that my tint wasn’t dark so, I passed the inspection and years later that I came back to get my vehicle inspection she said that my window tint is too dark and I failed the inspection. I never change my window tint or had any modifications to my car. She charged me 100 bucks for nothing and I think it’s because of my race.
