            On 8/20/22, from 5 star beauty supply in Forestville md. I was sold a faulty dry rotted wig that tore up inside the very same day after I wore it. The inside literally tore up inside and the hair fell out in a large patch. I went back on 8/22/22, to get refund or replacement. The acting manager was very inconsiderate and rude to me.. told me whatever,, the signs say no refunds no exchanges.. I told the wig is faulty and it's no fault of my own. She again told me whatever. I asked for owner name and number and she told me she didn't have it. I called in the police to advice her to give me the info. She still refused. I sent complaint to the attorney General consumer protection bureau. I plan to go back one more time to speak with someone else today. The clerk employee showed me three more of the same wigs that were faulty but put them back in stock to be sold. This is not right to sell faulty merchandise and not want to resolve the wrong. Please help me get my money back and send a message to this business of their wrong doing.

            I was a loyal customer of the store until today I spend my black dollars at this store multiple times today I was disrespected they did not care about my time or my money I spend with them and they are disrespectful to their employees they have been having issues with their Apple Pay system and they are still letting their employees use that system instead of shutting down that register and just using one I got double charged and I was in a rush I told the owner or the manager that I would just take the same products or just give me cash because I was in a rush instead of that he took an extra 25 minutes trying to resolve my issue it made me late to pick up my children from school when I had more than enough time to pick them up before this issue
