Bry's is responsible for two Hit & Run incidents at my home. The first incident was on 03/12/2021 when their crew knocked out 2 sections of my fence with a bulldozer when working on the pond behind my house. Discovered the damage when I received a call that my dog was running the neighborhood. When I confronted the workers they said they did not hit the fence. I then contacted the Supervisor and he had temporary repairs done the next day. However, it was not until 07/10/2021 that the fence was repaired properly. The second incident was on 06/21/2021 when my car which was legally parked in front of my house was sideswiped, ($8,605.18 to repair & thousands of dollars in diminished car value). Hit & Run accident report taken on this date. Neighbor's Ring Camera shows Bry's truck & trailer approaching my car. Police advised me that the Owner of Bry's Landscaping will have all their vehicles checked for new damage and get back to me by the end of the day on 06/22/2021. Had not heard from Bry's so I called and a Supervisor, who apologized for not getting back to me, advised they did not find any new damage to any of their vehicles, so the Owner of Bry's will not be taking any further action. On 06/23/2021 at 0730 hrs. a Bry's Truck & Trailer was seen stopping at my car with the driver looking at the damage. I ran out and stopped this vehicle as they were driving back out of the court. Saw that new damage on Bry's trailer that matched up to the damage done to my car and called the Police back. Driver was then charged with the Hit & Run. After several postponements finally went to trail on 04/20/2022. The fact that Bry's Trailer hit my car was not contested but the person charged, although admitting operating Bry's truck & trailer on the date of the accident, denies being the driver when my car was hit. Therefore he was found not guilty for the Hit & Run. In both incidents Bry's employees fled the scene and denied responsibility.
