Went here because I had car trouble with check engine light and warning message was on. He put a diagnostic machine on the car made check engine light go off said bring it back when it comes back on so he could get an accurate reading. It came back on in two days I brought it back he checked it again with machine and told me to bring it back Oct 5, 2021 for repair. He saw the car again I brought it down there to his shop when it was shaking in the morning. He assured me he knew what was wrong with it at that point and told me he could fix my car (2001 Jaguar) and take care of warning messages. He told me the repair price should would be around 1,000 to $1,200. He kept the car longer than he told me it would be; When I got my car home I realized one my car had been rummaged through documents from my glove compartment were gone and my trunk property was scatter around. One of the tailpipes was pulled down lower damaged. The next morning I tried to drive and the car warning message was still on and the car was still shaking and was not fixed I immediately told the mechanic and he told me when the check engine light comes back on bring the car back and it did but went off and I told him he said he needs to see it. I told him the car was not fixed. He keeps telling me bring it back when the check engine lights comes back on as an answer. I gave him the full amount of $1,140 at time of payment and he walked in behind me and told me I was missing $250.00. After not fixing my car he is trying to scam me for more money, overcharged me damaged my car and stole paper work from me and the previous owner that was in the glove box. He refused my refund and has now stopped being at the shop and another guy that looks like him is now telling me bring it back when the check engine light comes back on. I ask him what did he fix in my car he can`t explain it to me and said the man Luis Lopez is at another shop. I researched it they are associated with a shop on 9720 Pulaski Hwy.
