    On 8/3/2022 I had my car towed to A&R automotive. I paid in cash to have my axle replaced. I gave Bill, the manager, the funds to get the axle and to do the labor on my vehicle totaling roughly about $200-220. I did was not given receipt of the axle only the labor which I found to be odd. After driving my car for a few hours I could feel that the axle was not properly installed. I went back to A&R automotive the following day 8/4/2022 and brought this to Bill's attention. He stated that everything was fine and that I shouldn't be hearing any noises. He claimed that he took a 2nd look at it and that the axle was installed. He then claimed that there must be something wrong with my transmission and said he couldn't do anything to assist. I urged him to please replace the axle but he insisted that the axle was fine and that he was really busy with other customers. I left unsatisfied and the following day my car broke down due to the axle on 8/5/2022 at food lion. I called the shop with no answer as they closed 30 minutes prior of the time listed online. I was unable to get in contact with anyone until this morning. I tried explaining the urgency of this situation and its importance but Bill was very unprofessional and stated that he is too busy and continuously hung the phone up. I kept calling and was able to relay the information that at that time I'd rather just get my refund for everything and he stated that I don't have a warranty for labor or the part(axle) and proceeded to hang up. Can you please assist as I would like my full refund and more if possible, due to the stress of me even going through the process of filing a complaint. The receipt of labor is in my vehicle at food lion.
