    AC Auto sales

    Bought granddaughter a four wheeler on august 10th she road it for first time on August 27th and it broke down had to push start battery fell off and ripped wires and would not charge.
    We took four wheeler back to AC Auto Sales on August 29th picked it up on September 2nd they said they fixed everything including the hand brake that was not working.
    My granddaughter rode it for 2nd time September 3rd and on September 4th in the am the thing threw her off because a bolt came out of axle and got stuck in the dirt since the tire came off. The battery is still not working and the four wheeler needs pushed to start and the battery still doesn’t charge. I called the owner of AC Auto Sales Al Carter on the 5th to tell him I was returning the four wheeler he was ignorant on the phone and said if I wanted my money back I could got to China and get it. Returned four wheeler to AC Auto Sales on September 5th and filed a dispute with my bank same day as it was returned September 5th it is now October 20th I have no four wheeler and no money. I have reached out to the bank they say the dispute is still open and they are trying to get funds back they have till December 4th to complete there process. I want my money back as I didn’t even have the four wheeler for 30 and it was only rode twice.

    We are only a distributor, we do offer a 30 manufacture defect warranty that we stand by and also fixed their bike right away.
