    AVOID AVOID AVOID. I would give negative stars if that was an option. Unprofessional and Unreliable I cannot stress enough how horrible my experience was with this company. From the very beginning, they failed to respond to messages (unless it was time for Randy to collect another payment) in a timely manner, which should have been a red flag. Communication was consistently poor, and getting any answers was like pulling teeth. The project quickly went downhill from there. They missed every single deadline, and when I questioned it, Randy always had an excuse and that was if he choose to respond to me. Not only did they fail to meet agreed-upon timelines, but they also neglected to pull necessary permits. When asked he said “a permit wasn’t really necessary” according to permit and inspection division of Cecil county a permit is most definitely required. leaving me in a position where I had to deal with the consequences. Worst of all, the work that was done was subpar. They did not build to code, which created safety concerns, and the project was left unfinished. I am currently working with another contractor to get the job finished properly and professionally.

    Worse company ever. He is a scammer. Tells customers that you do not need permit, and you do. Takes customers money without completing job correctly. Very unreliable. Does not communicate. Screams at his employees in front of customers.
