  I hired **** German to upgrade Electrician what she done a lot of then disappeared for six weeks. I also bought six mini splits off of him then I said I only need five Ihave COPD. Im a widow and I have asthma. He disappeared through June in July with no Air Condition me and the people that was working in house near sweater to death. He told me originally youd have the job done in three months complete I hired him in April. Hes finally finishing up in February and the heaters are not working. He told me the heaters he sold me only work up to 70they only go to 70 or theyre going to defrost which was not part of the plan. He has messed up everything from light sockets toGFIs and waste it all my money demand it more money off me twice. Hes a complete scammer that I do believe is on drugs.

  I was hired back in 5/20/24 to install two double head mini splits and a single head mini split and to move a service 30ft and to rewire a existing bathroom for a total of 

  $11,546 the deal was to stay cheap on everything cause of not having much money for this project unlike the last house and that holes had to be cut by her guy in order for us to run are wires right away she took a vacation to ******* for two or three weeks so we wound up cutting holes to move forward then when she got back from vacation it took her 4 weeks to gut existing bathroom so it could be rewired witch took another 3 weeks to decide were to put toilet and sink and tub then she decided to gut back porch and add another bathroom to the back of the house witch took another 4 weeks because they found a well witch needed delt with and floor joist and that's when she decided to run the plumbing we went there a dozen times because it was ready to wire she claimed and there was open floor joist every time and no were to sit a ladder or walk this went on for the next 6weeks at this time she wanted me to install mini splits for ac i told her i didn't want to because of sanding and they would **** it up she promised to wrap them when she sanded witch she never done and i had to bring hvac guy twice because of clogging and it leaking i also gave her a brand new window unit to use on second floor to help with ac house was always comfortable to work in then another 4 weeks go buy and she wants to rewire second floor  bedrooms and living room witch we had to use wire mold because she sheet rocked on top of the plaster and used 2inch drywalls witched cause damage to circuits in kitchen witch we had to refeed so she purchased the materials at my supply house and saved ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* touch with her financial partner who paid us on the extras to keep job moving so then we went back because of mini split codes  witch were caused by running on 76 degrees and we had negative two weeks of cold with didn't allow them to shut down and drain so they froze every time i went back it was something else outlets on porch not working outlets loose on walls caused by Sheetrocking on top of plaster then she changed her mind and put baseboard heaters upstairs instead of mini split the job was very poorly ran  and managed we had to fill checks out cause she claimed to not read or the many phone calls on Sundays and late at nights I'm a single father of two children it aways caused issues the extra trips when nothing was ready then when it was i had gotten busy i even gave her materials from my stock and never charged i had to threaten to turn her in on plumbing and framing and closing a well in without permits to get paid she claimed she was out of money but kept adding work out of scope then house was under contract and went there to add stuff to make homeowner happy and i never charged her then while we were there the homeowner asked me questions about mini splits my hvac guy answered him that there heats pumps and are no good when temp outside is below 30 degree's and then i got yelled and threaten from her because we talked to home owner and he was going to keep money back i was brought up to tell the truth if it makes me a bad guy to answer him truthfully then i guess I'm a bad guy she messaged me about lying to him saying they don't go below 70 with thermostat on wall shows clearly they go down to 61 degrees and my hvac guy stated that there better when you have another type of heat to help out she blew up on me telling hm that i recently had to block her because of her nasty text

  This Man **** is a pathological liar. I was not in ******* for two or three or four weeks. He blamed everything that went on. He made a big story. He was in *********** for a week when I called him then he had jury. He told me for a week then his truck broke down. He told me he had my mini splits and I said can you please I paid them in advance I was in ***** it ********************, where my brother had open heart surgery I can show you the text where I kept saying I will call you when I get home. My brother almost died and he was still harassing me over money for permits and to put the deposit on these mini splits that he got a deal on from some guy that he knew I trusted him like a fool. Meanwhile, he bought him from ******. I wouldve never bought these from ****** and then when I said, where are they can you please hook them up he told me oh I didnt think you needed them right now. I mean hey it was only June I couldnt breathe with my COPD. I put them in someone elses house. Ill get you some new ones. All he does is lie I had to have another HVAC guy come out to the house and another electrician. He couldnt even fix five sockets that would not pass inspection. He is a scammer from the word goand a liar. He knew everything that was going on. He knew every light switch that need repaired he knew about the bathroom that was already a washer in a dryer back there he he knew the washer dryer was there and it worked because I sold it and he never even hooked up the electrical plug. He never even he forgot to hook up the electrical plug which I was out $500 on wires for the oven. He forgot to hook up the oven to the panel and then was like oh it mustve never worked. Of course it worked. I tried everything in the house. Hes a scammer and hes a very, very good liar.
