    I purchased the High Intensity LED 120 C2 Icicle light set from Menards and hung them up this past Christmas season for the first time and a whole section of lights is out. I called the customer service number on the box of lights and was told to cut the end of the cord with two lights and mail it in. She didn’t offer a case number or take any of my information down or anything associated with me calling and filing a complaint about the lights. And I had to ask her where it needs sent to, she didn’t offer up the information on her own. If fact, she said isn’t the address listed there. I said no, it’s not. I don’t know about just cutting the lights and mailing a piece with no system tracking that I even called. It seems as though their customer service is lacking some details. I feel like if I send in the end of the lights that’s the last I’ll hear or see about it. I would like to know with confidence that I can get these replaced or refunded.

    Our lights went out after 1 week. I tried calling 4 times - I was put on hold the first time for 15 minutes before I hung up; and it went to voicemail the other times and they tell you to not leave a message. I am just trying to get a replacement before Christmas so our house looks nice after all the hours we spent putting up these lights! If I could have their email, I can try to email them or get another strand sent before Christmas!
