This company was a nightmare from start to present. They did an awful job in repaving my driveway. I had to call them several times on issues of cracking, and this happened within a month of install. The owner was very unprofessional at first until my husband stepped in to help resolve the issue. When they initially lay down the asphalt, they did not remove the concrete. They cut a small area of the concrete out next to the garage door. However, they laid the asphalt even to the door entryway. When we had a bad storm, this process caused flooding where water streamed into my garage. I called them during the time of flooding and was told he was on vacation and will try to resolve the flooding issue by adding more asphalt when he returns. When he returned, he indeed put more asphalt on the outside of the garage doorway. We now must step over that area to gain entry in and out of the garage. Totally unacceptable. On the direction of my insurance adjustor, I'm in the process of putting in a claim with their insurance company on lost items and damages that was done due to poor installation of product.

I'm sorry your experiencing the issue your having but when we initially met you had a $3,500 budget. We cannot completely remove a 500+ square foot concrete driveway dispose all debris offsite lay cr6 stone and then install asphalt for $3,500. You were very very aware of that but we worked with your budget and what you could afford and installed your driveway. We did saw cut and remove your concrete near your door to achieve a smooth transition or tie in during the initial installation .
If we would have made your asphalt to low it would have been a issue. When we met you two weeks ago you requested a berm and that's what we installed for you,now your upset? Your contract clearly stated we weren't warranting water drainage or areas collecting water but we still put the berm in free of charge. Your passing the blame
On us, complaining of flooding but it was caused when Maryland got the tail of hurricane Ida streets were closed/flooded power lines were down trees fallen, highways closed. The asphalt installation had nothing to do with your flooding the catastrophic storm did, or else you would have contacted us sooner with water issues. Your driveway was installed in April we've had a lot of rain in the last 5 months. I feel as if this review is frivolous, unfair.
