Purchased a vehicle in April. Said I needed a rider for 5 months just for income. We signed everything online and did not receive any papers. They lied to us and put the rider on the registration. Its been a month or so, I have no tags still. I cant get it inspected it will not pass. Registration is not in my name so I cant get it insured. We try to call, they either dont answer or we get hung up on. Was supposed to be weekly payments and they made it monthly, we didnt agree to that.

My wife brought this car from this same dealership, within 20 days she paid over 500 dollars for repairs, the mechanic informed her that it would be very costly to keep this car, also it falls within Maryland Lemon Laws. We took this car back to the dealership, we were told to leave the car, get a rental at our expense and wait to hear back from them in about 2 weeks to see if the car is fixable. I informed them that I will be getting Lemon Law attorney to check into this ****.

I purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla that is white in color on September 1, 2023. I put 2,500 down the date of the purchase. The salesman told me to be watching in the mail for my tag, registration and title. I have yet to receive any of these items. The car lot has not sent any information to the DMV. I have contacted them multiple times to get anything fixed and they keep saying to come get temp tags again. I refuse to keep getting temp tags and driving a vehicle that I have no knowledge about. I have not received any ****** or papers on this car. I have made 2 car payments and paid the insurance on this car. They used 2 credits and only put 1 owner on the vehicle after saying I had to have a co-signer. Before I drove 3 hours to get the vehicle the salesman told me that it was 500 down and that was false.

I went to this business on 10/5/23 looking to buy a used vehicle. I wasnt approved solely by myself. I needed a co-signer. ****, the man I dealt with said if I put down 200$ he would hold my application and the car I was interested in and I could come back next day with my co-signer. If not, I would get a refund. I came back on 10/6 with my mother to co-sign for me. She wasnt approved either so they said they would refund me and Id receive it within 5 days. I called a week later and emailed with no reply or call back. Ive texted them at the number I had and still get ignored. They have STOLEN my money and wont refund me. I didnt get any service or anything and they keep my money?? Theyre thieves.

Went to A&M Auto Sales since they advertise buy here, pay here. My sister selected a car, said she needed co signer. Told me to fill out buyer portion instead of co buyer. Ran my credit 4 times on vehicles we never discussed. Sign says everyone approved, no credit needed, $500 down paymentSister was told she needed $2,000. None of the cars have prices on them. Never discussed interest rate and even said they do not put gas in cars. Many cars actually have **** webs from sitting so long. This place needs to be shut down. I dont know how they got their business license when it is does not seem legitimate
