    Matco Tools is not a very good reputable company. they scam mechanics out of their hard earned money by offering way over priced Tools that they don't even make. they slap their stickers on Tools they get from other tool manufacturers and charge the consumer 5 times more than what they actually payed for the tool. they say they have lifetime warranty on all their tools, but never deliver on the warranty. There sales reps are swindlers and scammers and try everything in their power to get people to buy the products they claim to be made by Matco. The minute you miss a payment because of a financial issue, they start calling you daily and harass you for money. they don't try to work with you on payments and then immediately charge off the account. The majority of their Tools can be bought online thru the manufacturers they purchase their tools from. The tool truck sales drivers are over payed, and have little knowledge of the tools they promote and sell. The company as a whole needs to have better customer care and service.
