    They never shipped, do not answer emails, texts, or message left on their website. Their phone is answered by VM only. The address they provide is a private home, and the name they chose is identical to one that has very good reviews, which is how they fooled me. Based on all that and the other reviews here, I conclude they are a scam.

    Another disingenuous complainant.  Our commercial address is under shipping and returns on our website. We are an *** Registered Facility. If the buyer had contacted through all those myriad of methods, then they would have been directed to the online chat in which EVERY chat is answered. 

    More evidence of customer being disingenuous is first filing a chargeback and then contacting us for a refund. it doesn't work that way. We can either process a chargeback or a refund, not both.

    I am rejecting this response because: First and foremost, I STILL have not received the product ordered about a month ago. Second, attached is their contact information. No address, and the phone always goes to VM. Many reviewers state the same fact. I think their scheme is to hold on to your money for as long as possible and invest it until the customer gives up and writes it off, or they are forced to refund it. I found their address after a long search, and ****** map shows a residence. But I really do not wish to waste anymore time on these criminals and find it again.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The product did eventually arrive after many weeks and many complaints.

    On December 10, 2023, I ordered two bottles of Mitocore multivitamins from this provider. When I ordered I received a message that my order was guaranteed to be shipped in **** days. The provider website says the vitamins still have not shipped and it is over a month since the vitamins were ordered. I have tried contacting the provider about 10 time in the past few days via phone and email and have not received any response.

    The buyer is being disingenuous from the get go. I do apologize for my straightforward personality but when one side jumps out of the gate being dishonest, it doesnt help anyone resolve a situation.  Our site clearly says during checkout that most orders take **** business days to ship. The ***************** also knew at the time of order, before submitting payment, that this is a pre-order item. Which we define as NOT IN STOCK.  

    If the buyer contacted 10 times through multiple sources, all those sources would have directed them to the website chat. Order was refunded about 1 month prior to this response. So why is this even a thing?

     

    We require buyers to due their due diligence when placing orders on our site. We respond well when customer contact us through the online chat and express concern but we do not respond when when a customer is being disingenuous.

    I placed an order December 4. As of December 21, the order shows it was unfulfilled. I have made several attempts to contact with no response. Order #********

    I ordered ********* from this company on 10/15/22. and the payment was processed by my bank on 10/17/22. I never received my purchase. On November 4, 8, 11, and today, November 16, 2022, I telephoned the company and left a message. I have yet to hear back from anyone at this company.I would like a full refund of $26.60.

    1) *************** did place an order but their dates of contact do not match as i have researched phone and email records and we have no contact from this customer.

    Since we are a small company and cannot follow up on EVERY shipped order and require input from customers when something is not received. We do review each month and when we came across this order on 11/20 we tracked and discovered it as missing.

    We issued a full refund on 11/20 and emailed *************** about the issue and have yet to hear back
