    Back in December of 2022, I took my truck to Drivetrain specialists inc for repairs. My truck was leaking oil, thus I took my truck to Drivetrain specialists inc. After about two weeks in their shop, I was informed that my truck was ready for pick up. The repairs cost $6,000. After driving my truck for a few days, I noticed that there was still an oil leak.
    I reached back out to the shop in order to have the oil leak repaired. When I called I spoke with the shop manager (Matt) and discussed my concerns. I was also given the store managers cellphone number from a friend that has gotten repairs done by the same company. I have spoke with the store manager on multiple occasions while my truck was being repaired. I drive my truck to the shop to speak with the manager and show him where the leak was located. He informed me to call him to set a time to stop my truck off for repairs. This was in mid January and I have yet to hear anything yet. I have called on serval occasions and have not once heard anything. I called both the shop and managers cell phone but have not gotten an any kind of response. My ultimate goal is to have the repairs done properly and professionally as I have already paid for the service. Please contact me if you have any questions or need more information

    BBB Note (3/23/2023)-  The BBB office has spoken with Mr. ****** regarding this complaint.  Mr. ****** has advised that he will be reaching out to the consume today to see if he can get them to bring the truck back in, so that they can try to resolve the issue.
