We've also made numerous calls to the phone number listed in this dispute. At no time did ****** ****** request documents to validate the debt this is the first dispute weve received. The matter was not resolved. By law the collection company was required to send documents proving they were the legally contracted agency for the company, to sent the original contract they said I signed and to remove the collections from my credit if they did not or could not do so. I have not obtained any proof or required evidence per my request and the case was requested for closure by them, not me. It is to there benefit the case be closed obviously. I request that it remains open and that they are informed that it is open equally as I was informed it was closed to my dismay.Initial Complaint
