    I purchased BMW engine software tuning services from TTFS on March 3, 2022 for $1344.95, using PayPal as the payment method. A website link to the services purchased is below:

    TTFS committed to providing custom engine software tuning per their "Remote Tuning Build Sheet." This sheet details to configuration, specification, and requirements for my vehicle. I provided a completed version of this sheet to Frank ***** on March 3, 2022 via email.

    TTFS has been unable to provide engine tuning software to the specification requested on my "Remote Tuning Build Sheet." The tuning files provided that can be successfully uploaded to the engine controller on my vehicle have incorrect calibrations for the engine air intake sensor. This causes the engine controller to believe that the intake air temperature is different than the actual sensor reading, which affects engine air/fuel ratio and timing. Frank ***** at TTFS has attempted to correct the sensor calibration, but the updated tuning files provided cannot be uploaded to my vehicle, and result in errors during the upload process. My vehicle has been undriveable throughout this troubleshooting process, which has now been ongoing for 5 months. I now need the car to function properly, and cannot continue the troubleshooting process longer.
