1 starIf I could give no stars i would. This is the worst compny that has taken over. I have been in my place of residency for over 10 years, and at no point have i ever been charged for parking spaces until Murn took over. They want me to pay $25 and on top of that an extra $75 to reserve a parking space. I asked them what is the purpose of charging residents for parkng, and no one has yet to reach out to me. The front office staff including managment, have the worst attitude. I have a feeling that they are operating without a license. I went on Maryland website to see if this property can legally operate, Nd nothing came up. I had a huge Hornets nest growing on the outside of my A/C unit, and they hired the most unporfessional contrcting team to come tke it down. The man asked me if i hd a broom to knock the nest Down. Had no protective gear on, went to knock the nest down, nd the hornets attached his face. Murn installed these very bright and annoying streetlights that shine through my bedroom window every night, that i can never get a good night's sleep. If i can ask for a refund i surely would. Don't move hereReview fromMegan S

1 starI wasn't too surprised to see another review here about Mayra, the property manager at ********. My email doesn't receive responses either from her or any other staff. Recently, I complained about 2 abandoned vehicles parked in the garage; one with a flat tire and has been sitting in the garage for over 6 months. They tried to reinforce it by making residents register their cars, mentioning ongoing monitoring by a third party and any unregistered vehicle would be towed. I guess that clearly wasn't the case when abandoned vehicles got to sit in the garage for months. I also complained about an employee showing up to work with a crop top and leggings. It is utterly unprofessional, especially in a "luxury" community like ********. I could see that the property manager may be overwhelmed with the assistant manager leaving and all, but I would like to think that she is still responsible for the property, and how hard is it to call the third party to come tow abandoned vehicles? She mentioned that she gave the resident a 2-day notice (and then the car would be towed). Well, it's been over a week. In addition to contacting Mayra, I CCed the email to Murn but no response so far. Had I known it was a 1-star company, I would not have signed the lease to begin with. On a positive note, I love the apartment. Despite the maintenance guy stealing $100 cash (he is not employed at the apartment anymore) a year ago, the maintenance manager Dave has been great and he gets orders done within a day after requesting maintenance.Review fromAmanda R

1 starTerrible management company. I wish I could mark this as a scam because I can’t believe a business would care this little for their customers.
WE LIVE in these homes. People are getting SICK at their properties and the “property managers” they hire can’t actually do anything.
They are charging premium pricing for painted over tiles, sinks, vents, cheap windows, cheap plumbing, crappy appliances and cheap cabinets.
Slumlords at best. Un American!Murn Management, LLC

1 starProperty Staff at the ****** ****** property is the worst I have ever experienced. The Property Manager actually offered to cancel my lease days before I moved into my unit, simply because I wanted to discuss the frustration, I had with the way the approval process and move-in process had gone for me. Every step of the way (starting from the tour, up until I signed my lease) I was mis-informed a plethora of times. I understand human error happens, but this made the move-in process for me, very chaotic and frustrating, being that I could not get the correct information from the paid professionals. I requested to have a reasonable conversation with the Property Manager and the way he handled the situation was..... unprofessional and nasty. After speaking with him, I completely understood why the rest of the team is incompetent. The property is supposed to be luxury; however, it most certainly is NOT. The garage doors haven't worked since before I moved in, in January. The outside property is covered in dog poop and the building is never thoroughly cleaned. I avoid the property staff and manager at all costs because they enjoy picking with certain tenants instead of focusing on the poor conditions of the property. Here recently, I received an email stating that a $40.00 unauthorized dog charge has been added to my account. I did not receive a phone call prior to this. No investigation took place. I only received an email. When I called the office, the representative insisted that I have a dog inside of my unit. I constantly reassured her that I do not. She then mentioned the dog poop on my balcony, which I completely forgot about and was from a visiting relative's dog. I feel this could have been cleared up with a simple phone call, however I understand that's what a professional team would do and that's simply not what I'm working with here. I have been consistently frustrated while living at this property and utterly disappointed. Its truly A SHAME..Review fromAngela R

1 starI am a new housing choice voucher recipient that applied for an apartment 3/5/24 in the amount of $275 $25 for the application and $250 for the deposit. I was denied the same day and still waiting for a check that has been in the mail since 3/13 (supposedly) I have contacted them several times about my refund offered from the beginning to pick it up and was told I couldn't that it was sent from a “state that isn't maryland”. I expressed how much I need it to move and still nothing!Murn Management, LLC

1 starWould give zero stars if I could. Maintenance request to fix broken HVAC system has gone ignored for over a month. No update from maintenance staff, emails to property manager are ignored. If Murn wants to make it obvious they don't care about they're tenants, they're doing a 5-star job.Murn Management, LLC

The Property Manager of the site, Mayra *******, has attempted to contact Christopher throughout the past week and has left messages with an update for the repair. The Service Team installed a portable AC on Wednesday, 4/17 in the mean time. The unit is under warranty so the parts were shipped to the site this past week came in damaged and had to be re-sent. They should be delivered in the coming days at which time the site team will contact Christopher to coordinate install.Review fromMichelle D

1 starApplied to a property that was recently taken over by this company turn in all my documents and was working with a leasing agent who is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered I applied on 2/18/24 and only spoke with this agent maybe 5 time one of the times he informed us that new management was taking over I questioned if this would effect my application which was already done he informed me that it wouldn't I didn't receive the email asking me to submit all of the same documents again. I reached out and tried to contact the agent that I was working with to no avail. No one ever answers the phone. When they do answer the phone and promise to deliver, the message is not delivered. He informed me that he because of the management was locked out of the system and had to do everything manually but they're still shouldn't be a problem. So we kept moving forward and we submitted these documents again. I get a call from him on the 28th of March stating that out application was denied for insufficient documents. I think it's very unprofessional how they do business. I think that switching to new management didn't help this apartment complex because the management before was horrible and this new management that has taken over is horrible. The people who work in the office are very rude, unprofessional and the manager who is the general manager doesn't make her self readily available for the type of complaints that are coming in the name of the property is ******** ** ****** *****Review fromBrandi P

1 starI have lived at Bristol Court for seven months now, and I have had some sort of issue, at least weekly. Sometimes several times a week. It's taking everything in me to not break my lease, but I would highly advise no one to move here unless you want to smoke weed with no repercussions and throw your McDonald's trash on the ground as you walk from your car to the building.
1- This is supposed to be a smoke-free property, and you smell marijuana in the hall every single day.
2- As a result of the smoking in the building, the fire alarm goes off almost weekly, and in one instance, it went off eight times in one day because someone is upstairs smoking on the top floor. Property management here (Lynn) and her staff do absolutely nothing about this.
3- I drive an electric vehicle, and the EV stations here are out of order several times a month. Again, property management and staff do nothing about it.
4- There is constantly loads of trash and bulk items sitting in the garage. A complete embarrassment. It's disgusting to walk to and from your car. Property is well on its way to having a rodent issue. And I'm sure they'll do nothing about that.
5- I had to ask them to put up mirrors in the garage, because people were driving around and in and out of the garage at very high speeds. If they can't slow the drivers down, they could have at least planned on their own to put mirrors up on the corner so that people walking can see vehicles coming. They didn't because they don't care.
6- Packages have been stolen. They did nothing about it. They don't care. I had to ask them to put cameras on the package room. It took them several weeks to do that.
I hope that when the people in the corporate office see this, they actually do something about the ongoing issues with the marijuana, smoke, the trash, and the EV stations. I can't WAIT for my lease to be up so I can leave this trashy place.Review fromLe’Donna C

1 starI lived at allure Apollo for 2 years and 3 months . I had the studio unit . My furniture covered the majority of the room and I had a small walking space . Naturally carpet gets a little darker over time , crystal informs me that I will not be getting my security deposit back and they’re charging me for carpet replacement on something that can obliviously be cleaned . The carpet is normal wear and tear and easily a carpet cleaner can go over it . I asked for proof of the cleaning and there was no response . I have officially filed a case with small claims court . Over the 2 years of me living there , 8 people moved around me and each time they replaced the carpet . I never saw a carpet cleaner except the one time the building carpet was cleaned . The building carpet had guck and stains everywhere and it was cleaned but my little walking darkening couldn’t ? Get out of here . I will be seeing them in courtReview fromAlexis B

1 starMy family has been trying to get in contact with this management property, specifically to rent with ******** *** located at *** * ***** **, Baltimore, MD 21224 for the past month. We have been given the runaround on numerous occasions. We were finally able to get in contact with the leasing manager ******* ****** *******. An application was submitted and in return a lease was signed and dated by us and returned with approval from the manager. The lease was to begin on 10/10/23. When we reported to the leasing office on 10/10/23 to pick up the keys, the leasing manager called off sick for the second day in the row and the leasing 'specialist' at the office had no clue about new tenants coming in to pick up the keys. At 5PM on 10/10/23, an email was sent by Desire G*****, 'Regional Operations Compliance Manager', stating that "******* ******* is no longer with us". Additionally, the email states that the application was denied and that "a couple additional steps in the approval process, that I see have not been completed as well." All requested info was submitted to ****. From the date of the property tour up until this point, it has been made clear to property management that we had the deadline of 10/13/23 to move in as we have already told our current property management that we will not be renewing the lease. We have called the number listed for Desire G***** on the email multiple times and the number goes straight to an answering machine which you are unable to leave a voicemail on. We have called every number listed for this company and have not been able to get in contact with anyone. My family is about to be homeless due to the lack of structure, professionalism, and decent human compassion that Murn Management has displayed! This entire process has been disheartening to say the least. We simply want timely and respectful correspondence and working telephone numbers. We simply want to move in asap; there are children and a tight deadline involved.Murn Management, LLC
