    A layaway order was canceled with a store credit in amount of $2,100 remaining as of today, 12/,29. The original item on layaway was found at another jeweler for less, thus ended up canceling layaway. I attempted to find another item to use store credit, however, unable to make a deal without use of expensive lease agreement which charges high interest. The sales **** *****, tried to push the agreement which I declined, then stated store credit is good for 30 days which was not disclosed prior. The receipts provided to me for deposits were sent via text, do not show their policy pertaining to store credit, refund, etc. Their *** may refer to their website store policy, in which case, this transaction was not made via their website. Since it appears I have 30 days to use credit, which is highly unlikely given their high prices, I request refund of deposit, $2100.

    I've attached a receipt copy which is not signed by myself nor were any other receipts. Since there is no signature,  there does not appear to be a contract between myself and business,  their terms of  sale including 30 day store credit do not apply.

    -Transaction date of April 3, 2023 -Transaction amount: $30,007.82 -Item Purchased: Rolex *********** 42mm Bright Black Dial Two Tone Oyster 18k/SS Bracelet Men's Watch ****** -Merchant contracted with ***** to deliver item. ***** driver admitted to signing for package and leaving the package outside because I was not home. The package was never received by me. I opened claim with ***** and a police report was opened to investigate. ***** admitted fault and merchant (***** *******) provided sworn statement in police report stating that I did not sign for this package, despite package needing a 21 year+ individual to sign for package with photo ID verification. ***** stated they could issue a refund but refund needs to be requested from Merchant as their contractual obligations are with the Merchant and not with recipient (myself). ***** stated that I need to ask the Merchant to file their loss package procedures with reference to claim ID: **********. Merchant never filed the loss package procedures which led to the claim being closed. ***** assured me this can be re-opened as long as the Merchant actually reaches out.-I've made numerous attempts with merchant to assist working with me (Both ************** to get issue resolved and relayed that ***** can issue them a refund so long as they opened the claim with them. The merchant refuses to answer any of my calls or emails and is unwilling to work with me to help get matter ************** tracking number: 396897242869,Police Report Number: 23-006256,Requesting that the merchant makes the neccessary efforts on their end to help remedy this situation and is responsive so that I can receive a refund and avoid being robbed of $30,007.82
