      I have a ordered a 10k gold 2.5mm rope chain and a 10k gold circle last supper pendant and have yet to receive any updates other than a shipping label being created I ordered on July 13th 2025 it is July 19th and when ordering it told me itd be here the 18th I have called 100 times and emailed them countless times and no updates have been made nor contact on their side has been made all I want is a update regarding my order

      Purchased custom charm on July 1st 2025 Got confirmation they received payment but order was never forfiled : still waiting on an update on when it will be ready or. Shipped..! I feel like I have been scammed out of my hard earned ********* see all the complaints on here about this company and something should be done about this!!! Seriously!! They do bad business.. Dont return calls, late shipments when you pay for early arrival.. Just bad all around.. I Dont see how the owner of this company sleeps at night knowing he scams people for his living..       We are about 3 weeks into the production process and the pendant should be finished in about 1 week from now or so it will be well within the timeframe allotted based on the product description.

      I ordered an item and they said it shipped and it never did. Then after reading reviews it seems like they charge for an item and does not ship. Also I have called, emailed, and asked on there website for help and no response. I just wish they would let me know what is going on. $599 is alot of money. It ***** i can't get them to respond. The product says it's on the way by email but when you track it, **** says the never got the item.

      I made an order on 12/17/24 one of many with this company. In order #****** the most expensive ite. A $249.90 gold world is yours pendant t was missing from order on receipt the item is circled and the words back one or oder I can't tell are there. I am contacting to see what is going on because the order is showing as delivered and not partially delivered. I've tried calling the number several times messaging them on fb ig and x and have gotten no response. I've ordered several times and am a good customer. This is my first time dealing with this customer service and I have to say it's awful. I really was buying things regularly from them and this has turned me off.

      This has not been resolved at all they acted like they were going to ship another one to me and just sent nothing. Then after a week of that **** another message saying it was on back order yet again but the site at that time said 3 available now today it reads 2 are available.  It's getting ridiculous at this point I just want my money back. That's 250 bucks. I've had an awful experience

      It finally arrived they say it's an upgrade but it looks like what I ordered. Either way after 10 weeks or so it came and I believe if I wasn't on their heels like I was it wouldn't have came. But I'm happy with the pendant and will close the complaint. Im still upset with the business for treating a 10 time customer like this. Their customer service is horrible they never respond.  They only responded after you guys contacted thdm. Thanks BBB for having the consumers back

      I ordered 4 things from them for a Christmas gift. One of the items is the wrong size (this an error on my part). I have tried multiple times now to exchange it for the correct size. I have emailed, and used the contact us link on their website. There has been no response. The quality is good for everything I ordered. My issue is that they won't respond. I do not want to send back what I want to exchange if they won't send a new one. I have no issue paying for the shipping cost. I just want the correct size.

      I purchased a gift for my spouse on July 19th and it said it was delivered on July 25th to a parcel box however, I don’t have a parcel box. I messaged you guys the same day and said my package said it was delivered, but I don’t see anything so I waited and wait and I still didn’t get it but it said it was delivered. I emailed you. I have all of the emails. I called you guys and left a message and this was  from day one I didn’t receive my package so I don’t know whose fault it is. Nobody had access to anything so I just don’t want to pay for a product that I did not receive, this is my first time order from his company will be doing it again. I’m not satisfied with your customer service. They never called back or anything. No response on anything.       I placed an order on July 16th for 4 items. I only received 1 since today on 08/02/2024. Ive emailed them multiple times and they got back to me once saying that they didnt have a good **** pendant in stock anymore that I ordered . It didnt say it was out of stock when I placed the order . I tried to email them saying to imitate a refund because Im not air to . I financed the order through affirm and affirm saying to contact the supplier for a refund but Im not getting any response from the supplier . I just want them to ship my good nugget ring and earrings that I ordered . I dont even care about the pendant anymore just want my money back . Its been 2 weeks without any updates and prompt responses. Im hoping they refund me for the pendant and ship the other items I ordered soon . Ive been a loyal customer to them and love their products.
